General Guidelines

• The Qualifier Round will be a one-day event held at the campus of the participant school on a mutually decided date.
• A minimum of 3 teams in each event must be enrolled for the Qualifier Round.
• One or more team in each event may qualify for the Final Round. The list of finalists will be shared two weeks before the Final Round.
• Finalists must re-register using the shared link and complete payment to confirm participation.
• No substitutions are allowed for finalists without prior notice.
• Participants must wear their school identity cards throughout the event.
• For submission-based events, the deadline must be respected. We encourage participants to still bring their submission material on pen drives.
• Participants must bring necessary materials like A4 sheets, calculators, stationery, etc.
• Use of gadgets, internet, or external help is strictly prohibited unless stated otherwise. Usage of any unfair practices as well as AI will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum throughout the event.
• Use of vulgar language, offensive content, or disrespectful behaviour in speech, writing, or visual, will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Any decision taken by the management or the judges would be final and binding.

Equity Policy

• FinFlare is committed to offering an inclusive environment where all participants, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status, are respected.
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination is strictly prohibited, with immediate action, including expulsion, taken against violators.
• A dedicated help desk will be available throughout the conference to report grievances or seek support.
